They will still be occurring. As we’ve said before, we’ve been working on refining the process and it takes a lot of coordination and timing. Everyone’s been very busy working on several projects (as you know) and pulling anyone away from these projects means finding the best possible time for them so that it doesn’t impact their work.

Feedback is always appreciated provided it’s constructive.

We do have a way for players to submit questions for BlizzCasts and have a Q&A section at the end of the casts. Email to blizzcast@blizzard.com and put in the subject line "Blizzcast Q&A" so we can find it.

Feel free to email wowcmfeedback@blizzard.com if you have suggestions or feedback for the Community Team, but please don’t derail this thread into a conversation on what we do or don’t answer.

You don’t have to submit a question if you feel it won’t be answered. It’s Ok. Unfortunately though, we only have so much time to answer questions and try to find questions that might be interesting to the community as a whole as often as possible.

We do want suggestions too on what you’d like to see in the BlizzCast and if we can do them, we will. I can’t guarantee anything, but we are actively watching suggestions sent to the Blizzcast email as well as any comments from the forum posts on it.

We do when we release a new BlizzCast but the email is the best constant place to submit feedback.

Pointyend , I’m not sure if you’re referring to the BlizzCast or not. We do give timeouts to people who feel the need to press issues that aren’t appropriate to be discussed on the forums or who spam and troll.

We will be performing rolling restarts on all US realms on Thursday, July 31 at 5:00AM PDT and all Oceanic realms on Friday, August 1 at 5:00 AM AEST (July 31, 12:00PM PDT) to apply a hotfix. We expect each realm to be down for no longer than fifteen minutes.

If you are going to come to the forums in an attempt to make a point or garner sympathy for your frustrations with Arenas, it’d be a great idea not to disregard every contrary opinion to yours simply because of some silly prejudice about a player’s race, class, or ability to succeed in the Arenas.

Keys are being sent out in phases. I know people are anxious to get into the beta, but worrying isn’t going to make a key come or come any sooner (if you’re chosen) than it normally would.
